Kapil Kapoor is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As the Founder and Trustee of Ashoka University since June 2014, Kapil has played a significant role in educational innovation. Additionally, since 2002, Kapil has served as Chairman and Non-Executive Director at Info Edge India Ltd. Previous positions include Director at Global Discovery Schools from June 2013 to December 2016 and Advisory Board Member at Vector Watch during 2014-2016, where Kapil was instrumental in the company's exit sale to FitBit Inc. Kapil’s earlier career includes serving as Global Chief Operating Officer at Timex from October 2000 to May 2013, Managing Director at Bausch & Lomb Thailand from August 1996 to October 2000, and Marketing Manager at Bausch & Lomb from December 1991 to July 1996.
