ASHRAE Fort Worth Chapter
Vitus Omenkeukwu, LEED AP, C.E.M., currently serves as a Sr. Field Engineer at Hilti North America since January 2023, with ongoing memberships in several professional organizations, including the Association of Energy Engineers and the U.S. Green Building Council. Vitus has a diverse background in building information modeling and energy management, having held roles such as BIM/VDC Coordinator at FOX ELECTRIC, LTD, and BIM Advisor at Integrative BIM Solutions LLC. Currently pursuing a PhD in Energy Systems Engineering at the University of North Dakota, Vitus also possesses a Master's degree in Building Information Modeling and Integrative Design from the University of Salford. The professional journey includes experience as MEP Project Manager and contributions to multiple engineering and design boards since 2014.

The Fort Worth Chapter of ASHRAE is a nonprofit organization run by dedicated volunteers representing a wide spectrum of the local heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Our members include owners, engineers, contractors, and equipment suppliers and tradesmen. ASHRAE is a global society advancing human well-being through sustainable technology for the built environment. The Society and its members focus on building systems, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, refrigeration and sustainability within the industry. Through research, standards writing, publishing and continuing education, ASHRAE shapes tomorrow’s built environment today.
