Cindy Sheffield Michaels is a seasoned editor and photographer with extensive experience in editorial management at ASHRAE from June 2005 to the present, where roles have included Editor for Special Publications and Managing Editor, focusing on technical content editing, project management, and team oversight. Prior to ASHRAE, Cindy worked as a freelance editor and photography exhibitor, contributing to numerous publications and shows. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in English with a focus on Rhetoric and Composition from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Hendrix College.
