Fraser Anderson

Fraser Anderson currently serves as the General Manager at Ashtead Technology, overseeing the integration of the ACE Winches business following its acquisition in November 2023. Prior to this role, Fraser held various positions at ACE Winches, including General Manager for the Americas business unit, where responsibilities included relocating to the USA and managing day-to-day operations. Fraser also served as Proposals/Commercial Manager, leading a team of five, ensuring quality tenders, and focusing on business strategy related to growth and internationalization. Additional roles at ACE included Technical Proposals Lead and Sales Proposals & Technical Support Coordinator, with a solid foundation as a Graduate Applications Engineer. Fraser holds a BEng Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
