Cody Bailey

Cody Bailey is a seasoned professional in land development and project management with extensive experience in the construction and land services industries. Since September 2015, Cody has held various titles at Ashton Woods Homes, including Land Development Manager and Sr. Project Manager, earning recognition as the Dallas Builders Association 2020 Builder/Project Manager of the Year and leading projects that culminated in the 2017 Builder of the Year award for the DFW Division. Prior experience includes a significant role as Landman, Project Manager, and Partner at Norwood Land Services, contributing to substantial growth from a small team to over 70 subcontractors. Additional experience encompasses project management and construction management roles with Lennar Homes and Perry Homes, as well as managerial positions in the financial sector with Wells Fargo Financial and Washington Mutual Bank. Cody holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas State University.
