Julie Budden

Julie Budden is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in sales and management within the housing industry. Currently serving as a Community Sales Manager at Ashton Woods Homes since March 2023, Julie previously held the role of Acquisition Specialist at Offerpad from June 2022 to February 2023. Prior to that, Julie was a New Home Sales Consultant at Smith Douglas Homes from February 2020 to June 2022. Additional experience includes working as an Associate Broker at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. between November 2011 and February 2020, and serving as a Qualifying Broker at The American Home from September 2011 to June 2012. Julie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Florida.
