Shannon R. Booker

Shannon R. Booker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales training and student engagement. Currently serving as the National Manager of Sales Training at Ashton Woods Homes since May 2021, Shannon manages new hire onboarding and high potential employee programs while designing diverse training components for effective learning. Previous roles include Regional Training Manager at AutoNation, where Shannon enhanced the performance of over 1,500 staff through targeted training, and Assistant Director of Campus Life and Student Engagement at Nova Southeastern University, focusing on student growth and engagement through various programs.
