Susy Nordelo

Susy Nordelo, CPA has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Susy is currently the Director of Centralized Accounting at Ashton Woods Homes since 2023. Prior to that, they were the VP of Finance at Century Communities, Inc. where they also served as the Operational Director Internal Audit and the Shared Services Controller. Susy has also held roles such as NA Accounting Lead at Orica USA, Inc, Assistant Controller at Rich Dad Education, Inc, and Accounting Manager at Whitney Education Group. Susy has also worked as a Division Controller at DR Horton, US Home Corporation/Lennar Corporation, and Centex Homes. Susy's expertise includes managing team members, overseeing monthly general ledger closes, reviewing bank and general ledger reconciliations, and preparing financial reporting packages and budgets. Susy has worked in various industries, including real estate, education, and healthcare consulting.

Susy Nordelo, CPA completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Tampa, which they attended from 1987 to 1990. In December 2008, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Florida.
