Tim Case

Tim Case is an experienced construction and project management professional with a diverse background in the homebuilding industry and law enforcement. Currently serving as Area Construction Manager at Starlight Homes since September 2024 and as Senior Project Manager at Ashton Woods Homes since February 2023, Tim has previously held significant roles including Area Construction Manager at Gehan Homes and Senior Superintendent positions at D.R. Horton and Taylor Morrison. Tim's career began with a decade-long tenure at the Arizona Department of Public Safety, where responsibilities included serving as a State Trooper and Public Information Officer. Tim holds an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Rio Salado College and completed training at the Arizona Law Enforcement Academy.
