Nicholas Johnson has over 15 years of experience in the Property Industry, currently serving as the head of the Land and New Homes department at Ashtons Estate Agents since June 2010. In this role, Nicholas focuses on connecting with housebuilders, developers, landowners, housing associations, architects, and planning consultants to address various client needs, including New Homes Sales and Marketing, land disposal or acquisition, and pre-development advice. Prior to this position, Nicholas was the Residential Sales Director at Warrington's largest estate agents and worked as a CeMap qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser at Millennium Mortgage Centre from June 2007 to June 2010, specializing in residential and new build properties.
