Stefan Mitham is the Head of Business Development & Marketing at Ashtons Legal. Stefan has over 12 years of experience in client development and management, gained at The Møller Centre where they were the Client Development Manager.
In this role, Stefan was responsible for researching and exploring business development opportunities, conducting regular client development meetings, managing the client journey, preparing proposals and contracts, monitoring client feedback, and representing the organisation at awards ceremonies. Stefan also played a key role in the strategic sales and business planning of the organisation, and worked closely with the Marketing Team on delivering the tactical marketing plan.

Stefan Mitham has a diploma in management from the Chartered Management Institute, with a focus in management accounting, sales, marketing, performance management, information systems, and recruitment. Stefan also has a bachelor's degree in business and marketing from Anglia Ruskin University, with a focus in marketing, finance, international marketing, strategy, and sales management. Additionally, they have a bachelor's degree in business studies from the University of Hertfordshire. Finally, they have GCSE's in maths, English, science, geography, history, and art from Sawston VC. Stefan is also a business skills mentor and facilitator, teaching sales and marketing techniques.
