Gerrit specialises in stock corporation, capital markets and public takeover law. Gerrit has particular expertise in advising listed companies on the execution of capital markets transactions such as capital increases, share buybacks, delistings and convertible bond issues as well as the preparation and execution of shareholder meetings.

Gerrit also advises companies on all aspects of corporate law in particular supporting companies with the structuring and execution of structural measures such as conversions, spin offs and company agreements and on public and private M&A transactions.
