Heather Decker

Heather Decker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and organization development, currently serving as Vice President at ASI Government since September 2014. Prior roles at ASI Government include Director of Strategy and Organization Development, Manager, and Senior Consultant. Prior to this, Heather Decker held various positions at LIFT, Inc. from July 2005 to August 2014, including Senior Manager of Training and Development and Regional Program Manager. Heather Decker earned a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Tufts University, along with coursework in Chilean History and Social Movements from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
