Jamal Omer

Jamal Omer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and humanitarian sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Services and Partnerships at Asiacell Communications PJSC since October 2004, Jamal Omer has progressed through various leadership roles, including Head of Digital Services & Partnerships and VAS & Core Services Senior Manager. Prior to Asiacell, Jamal Omer worked with the United Nations World Food Programme as an Emergency Program Team Leader from July 1994 to August 2004 and served as an Observer at CARE International from December 1992 to April 1994. Jamal Omer holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and International Management from The American University of Iraq, Sulaimani, and a Master's Degree in International Management from Steinbeis Hochschule, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Pebble Hills University.
