Ratna Kartadjoemena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various sectors. As Co-Founder and Chairperson of the Paloma Sjahrir Foundation since April 2022 and Co-Founder of Yayasan Udara Anak Bangsa since August 2020, Ratna is dedicated to social impact. Ratna has been recognized as an Asia 21 Young Leader with Asia Society since 2018. In the hospitality industry, Ratna has served as a Partner at Potato Head Family from March 2012 to April 2024, where leadership in zero waste initiatives and the development of company culture were key responsibilities. Previous experience includes managerial positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and Ernst & Young, along with a solid foundation in research at The Corporate Executive Board. Ratna holds a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Georgetown University.
