Von started their career in October 2004 as a Collection Officer with Chinatrust(Phils.) Commercial Banking Corporation. As a Collection Officer, Von was responsible for monitoring the daily productivity of In-house collectors, as well as External Collection Agency collectors. Von was also responsible for developing and recommending collection strategies to minimize flow rate, reviewing collector's portfolios to ensure 100% coverage of accounts, managing complaints against Collection Assistants, coaching and mentoring Collection Assistants, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

In March 2010, Von left Chinatrust to join Asia United Bank as an Assistant Vice President. In this role, Von is responsible for overseeing the entire collections process for the bank. This includes supervising a team of collectors, developing collection strategies, monitoring collector performance, and working with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise.

Von Czar Amora has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. They also have a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same school.
