Darlene Bos is currently employed as a Grant Writer and Content Specialist at Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Asian Law Caucus. Prior to this, Darlene has held various roles such as Adjunct Faculty at Great Falls College MSU, Executive Director at NOT ONE MORE VET INC, Grant Writer at Buckelew Programs Inc, and Marketing and Development Manager at Heart Mountain Wyoming Foundation. Darlene also has experience as an Executive Director and Associate Director at CCS, a Park Ranger at Yellowstone National Park, and Development Director at Special Olympics Montana. Darlene holds a Master's degree in Anthropology from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Grand Valley State University.

The mission of Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Asian Law Caucus is to promote, advance, and represent the legal and civil rights of Asian and Pacific Islander (API) communities. Recognizing that social, economic, political and racial inequalities continue to exist in the United States, the Asian Law Caucus is committed to the pursuit of equality and justice for all sectors of our society, with a specific focus directed toward addressing the needs of low-income, immigrant and underserved APIs. Since the vast majority of Asians and Pacific Islanders in America are immigrants and refugees, Advancing Justice - ALC strives to create informed and educated communities empowered to assert their rights and to participate actively in American society. This perspective is reflected in our broad strategy which integrates the provision of legal services, educational programs, community organizing initiatives and advocacy.
