Sonjui Kumar is a founding partner at Kumar Prabhu Patel & Banerjee, LLC (KPPB LAW), where responsibilities include heading the firm's Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Cross-Border Practice since October 2003. In addition to this role, Sonjui Kumar serves as a trustee for Leadership Atlanta since September 2020 and is a board member for NAMWOLF since January 2018, contributing to the organization's governance. Formerly, Sonjui Kumar held the position of chairman at Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Atlanta and served as past president and chair of the National Advisory Council for NASABA.
