Juha Leppänen

Juha Leppänen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles. As Co-Founder of TIAL (The Institutional Architecture Lab) since January 2024 and Chair of the Board at Demos Helsinki since January 2018, Juha also serves as the Chief Executive of Demos Helsinki, an independent think tank focusing on future studies and strategic development. Previously, Juha held the position of Chief Executive at Demos Effect from August 2015 to December 2017 and contributed as Co-Founder and Chair of the Board at Scoopinion Oy from 2011 to November 2015, recognized for winning the Uutisraivaaja award for media innovation. Earlier roles include Head of Democracy & Capabilities at Demos Helsinki and facilitator and consultant at Private Mind. Juha holds a Master of Social Sciences degree from the University of Helsinki.
