Kumaraswamy Janagam is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as a Chef at Independent Food Company since December 2021, Kumaraswamy has also held the position of Chef de Partie (CDP) at Asian Cinemas since October 2019 and at Yellow Tie Hospitality from January 2017 to October 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Chef with Azadea Group from July 2013 to October 2019 and as a Chef at Corbon Arts from February 2010 to July 2013. Educationally qualified with a diploma in Food Production and Presentation from the State Board of Technical Education and Training, completed in 2006, Kumaraswamy Janagam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the culinary field.
