David Tetsuo Beer

David Tetsuo Beer has over three decades of work experience. david tetsuo began their career in 1989 as a Compensation Specialist at Omaha Steaks International, where they worked until 1990. From 1990 to 1994, they served as a Regional Human Resource Representative at BEVERLY HEALTH AND REHABILITATION SERVICES, INC. In 1994, they joined Asian Counseling and Referral Service, initially as an Administrative Director and later as the Operations and Special Projects Director, a position they currently hold.

David Tetsuo Beer began their education at the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1981, where they studied Environmental Studies. After completing their studies there in 1982, they moved on to Colorado State University. At Colorado State, David pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Administration, which they successfully completed in 1986. Following this, they enrolled at Iowa State University for further education. There, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resource Development in 1989.
