Rupam Das

Rupam Das is an experienced HR & Compliance Manager with a strong background in auditing, including RS audit, Technical compliance audit, C-TPAT audit, and adherence to Alliance and ACCORD standards. Currently, Rupam holds the HR & Compliance Manager position at both ASIAN GROUP and KATTALI TEXTILE LIMITED since October 2003, and serves as the Factory Ambassador of Better Work Bangladesh for Asian & DAF Group since January 2003. Rupam is a certified Master Trainer from GIZ and has completed a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Cornell University, New York, through an online program between 2015 and 2016.
