Alain Duminy is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in information technology and governance. Currently serving as Director and Advisor at the Asian Development Bank since February 2000, Alain has developed IT plans and strategies that align technology with organizational objectives, oversee IT project portfolios, and ensure accountability within IT operations. Previously, Alain led the IT Assurance Unit, facilitating compliance with governance frameworks, and managed data networks and security as Head of Data Network and Security. Before joining ADB, Alain was the Chief Information Officer at Jewelmer International, spearheading the establishment of the IT department for the world's largest South Sea pearl producer.
