Armine Chakhalyan holds an extensive background in legal and policy expertise, currently serving as a Mediator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia and as a Project Advisor for Tetra Tech since September 2024. Additionally, Armine is a Lecturer of Legal Theory and Constitutional Law at Russian - Armenian University, while also taking on roles as Project Coordinator and Legal and Policy Expert for the Asian Development Bank, and Legal, Policy and HR Expert at Agate Rights Defense Center For Women With Disabilities NGO, both starting in February 2024. Previous positions include Head of Human Resources Management Services at Public TV of Armenia, General Counsel at Enterprise Armenia, and Legal Expert duties at Transparency International Anticorruption Center, among others. Armine's academic credentials include a PhD from Russian - Armenian University and ongoing studies as a Policy Fellow at the University of Southern California and as an exchange student in International Law and Legal Studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, along with previous degrees in Law and Business Administration from Russian - Armenian University.
