Dean Fowles

Dean Fowles possesses extensive experience in travel management, currently serving as Unit Head at the Asian Development Bank since January 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the travel management program and negotiating contracts with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel chains. Prior to this role, Dean held the position of Category Principal for Travel & Expense Management at Rio Tinto, managing over $500M in global travel spend. Dean also worked at McKinsey & Company as Manager of Travel Services for the Asia/Pacific region, focusing on regional reporting and traveler tracking. Dean Fowles holds an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco School of Management, a BA in International Relations from San Francisco State University, and has completed a Doctorate in Business Administration and a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Universal Business Academy and Charisma University, respectively.
