Jose Fernandez

Jose Fernandez is currently the Alternate Governor at the Asian Development Bank. Prior to this, they were with the Instituto de Empresa (IE) Business School in Madrid, Spain, and before that, they were with The World Bank. Jose's career started at the International Monetary Fund, where they worked as an Advisor in the European Department from June 1996 to March 2011.

Jose Fernandez received a Licenciado in Economia from Universidad del Salvador, a Master of Arts in International and Development Economics from Yale University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from Boston University.
