Le Thu Ha

Le Thu Ha is a seasoned professional in procurement and contract management, currently serving as a Procurement and Contracts Specialist at the Asian Development Bank since January 2024. Previously, Le Thu Ha worked with the World Health Organization as a Contract Management Officer, overseeing the procurement and management of contracts for medical products and office supplies. Prior experience includes roles at UNOPS, where Le Thu Ha led the Procurement and Contracts Management team, and the United Nations Mine Action Services, managing programming and budgeting efforts. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Supply Chain Management from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, a Master of Arts in Development Studies from the University of East Anglia, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
