Ludivine Halbrecq

Ludivine Halbrecq is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance and law. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Credendo Export Credit Agency since February 2016, Ludivine also holds the position of Alternate Director at the European Investment Bank until August 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Advisor and Coordinator for Multilateral Development Banks at Treasury from January 2008 to November 2021, and as IDA Deputy at the World Bank Group from January 2016 to December 2017. Additionally, Ludivine was the Alternate Head of the Belgian delegation at the Paris Club from September 2014 to December 2015 and worked as a lawyer at Brussels Bar between September 2004 and December 2007. Ludivine's educational achievements include multiple master's degrees in Economics, Law, and European tax law from prestigious institutions such as Université catholique de Louvain and Ichec Brussels Management School.
