Nathan Subramaniam

Nathan Subramaniam is currently the Director, Sector & Project Division at the Asian Development Bank. Nathan has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, including positions at Wachovia Securities, UBS Investment Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Sabre Airline Solutions.

Nathan Subramaniam began their career in 1995 as a Project Manager at Sabre Airline Solutions. Nathan then joined Merrill Lynch in 2002 as an Associate in their Structured Credit Products group. In 2003, they moved to UBS Investment Bank, where they served as Associate Director of Structured Credit Products for two years. In 2005, Nathan joined Wachovia Securities as Director of Structured Credit Products. Nathan remained with Wachovia until 2008, when they left to join the Asian Development Bank.

Nathan Subramaniam has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a MS in Transportation from The University of Texas at Austin, and a B-Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Nathan Subramaniam reports to Emmanuel Jimenez, Director General, Independent Evaluation Department. Nathan Subramaniam works with Joanne Asquith - Director, Thematic & Country Division, Sona Shrestha - Deputy Director General.
