Niroj Mohanty

Niroj Mohanty currently serves as a Member of the Methodologies Expert Panel for the Voluntary Carbon Market at the Ministry of Agriculture and Family Welfare, Government of India, since October 2024, focusing on the development and revision of CDM methodologies and guidelines. In addition, Niroj is a Consultant for the Carbon Credit Cell at the Asian Development Bank from April 2024 and has been the Managing Director at Core CarbonX Solutions Pvt Ltd since March 2008. Previous experience includes serving as a Member of the Methodologies Panel at UNFCCC from May 2012 to July 2013, Associate Vice President at CantorCO2e (January 2007 - February 2008), and Consultant at PwC (2005 - 2007). Niroj's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a Bachelor of Technology in Textile Technology from ITT Choudwar.
