Rustam Abdukayumov

Rustam Abdukayumov is a seasoned development professional with over 21 years of experience in procurement and project management across various sectors, including transport, energy, and water management. Currently serving as the Corporate Procurement Manager at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank since December 2023, Rustam previously held the position of Principal Procurement Specialist at the Asian Development Bank, beginning in March 2001. Notable roles include serving as Director of the Procurement Division at ADB. Rustam holds a Master's degree in Oriental Studies from Tashkent State University and completed the ADB Breakthrough Leadership Program at Harvard Business Publishing in 2017.
