Oscar Lloyd

Oscar Lloyd is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in both public sector procurement and commercial advisory roles. Currently serving as Principal Procurement Specialist at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment since January 2022, Oscar leads full-cycle AoG market approaches. Previous roles include Commercial Adviser at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, focusing on APEC 2021, and various procurement advisory positions across multiple government agencies, including the Department of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Education. Oscar holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Japanese from Victoria University of Wellington and has gained additional experience in social work and support for disabled individuals, reflecting a diverse skill set.
