Sissie Fung

Sissie Fung is an accomplished International Tax Policy Specialist at the Asian Development Bank, with extensive experience in taxation and fiscal affairs. As a PhD Candidate and Guest Lecturer at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Sissie contributes to academic discourse in tax policy. Previous roles include Tax Counselor and Head of the Department of Fiscal Affairs a.i. at the Ministry of Finance of Sint Maarten, as well as Senior Tax Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Finance of the Netherlands Antilles. Additionally, Sissie served as a Taxation Specialist for UNDP Trinidad & Tobago, showcasing a strong commitment to advancing tax policy and fiscal reforms.
