Tobias Hoschka

Tobias Hoschka is the current Assistant Treasurer for Financial Policy & Planning Division at the Asian Development Bank. Tobias was previously the Head of Research for Asia at McKinsey & Company from November 2000 to May 2004.

Tobias Hoschka attended the University of Oxford where they earned their M.Litt in Management. Tobias then went on to earn their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Economics from the European University Institute. Lastly, they completed their B.Sc. in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Tobias Hoschka reports to Pierre Van Peteghem, Treasurer. They are on a team with Maria Lomotan - Assistant Treasurer, Funding Division, Rajesh Poddar - Advisor & Head, Treasury Quantitative Analysis Unit, and Penelope Stafford - Assistant Treasurer, Treasury Services Division.
