Fritzie Rodriguez

Fritzie Rodriguez is a seasoned communications professional specializing in human rights advocacy and multimedia production. Currently serving as a Communications and Media Officer at the Asian Forum for Human Rights and Development since February 2023, Fritzie has led regional campaigns and developed communication strategies focused on human rights protection in Asia. Prior experience includes key roles at Plan International Philippines, International Committee of the Red Cross, Save the Children Philippines, Rappler, and the Human Development and Poverty Reduction Cluster Communications Office, where Fritzie has consistently worked on advocacy, storytelling, and multimedia content creation addressing critical social issues such as poverty, human trafficking, and humanitarian law. Fritzie holds an MA in International Relations from the International University of Japan and a BA in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines, complemented by studies at Ritsumeikan University.
