Ricky (Dimitric) Fresh

Ricky (Dimitric) Fresh has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. From 2018 to present, they have served as Accounting Controller at Asian Human Services, Inc., where they have been responsible for directing daily activities of 8+ accounting and administrative personnel, primary interface for the due diligence process, and preparation of monthly and quarterly financial analysis and reporting packages. From 2015 to 2018, they were Assistant Controller at Ppil, where they developed and presented policies and procedures in areas of finance, accounting and medical billing. From 2011 to 2015, they were Finance Coordinator at Fresenius Medical Care, where they were responsible for review of accounts receivable by payer for Northwest Indiana Region, budget preparation, ad-hoc reconciliation, drafting of documents, creation of risk analysis documents, and creation of synergy between revenue cycle department and finance. From 2011 to present, they have also served as Online Adjunct Faculty/Health Care Department Head at American Business & Technology University, where they have been responsible for developing syllabi, representing the university during discussions of dialogue with accreditation entities, and using software such as Adobe Connect, Moodle, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.

Ricky (Dimitric) Fresh completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Governors University, followed by an M.B.A. from the same institution. Ricky (Dimitric) also earned a Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing/Management from Baker College Business and Corporate Services.
