Samet Sevket Bulut is an experienced professional in climate policy and finance, currently serving as an Investment Solutions Specialist at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank since November 2025. Previously, Bulut held the position of Climate Change Specialist at the Asian Development Bank, focusing on supporting Developing Member Countries in their low carbon transition efforts.
