Shyam Joshi has a diverse work experience in the healthcare sector. Shyam started their career as an intern at Bombay Hospital in 2011. Shyam then worked as a Quality Consultant at HOSMAC India Pvt. Ltd. from 2011 to 2012. Shyam moved on to become an Assistant Manager in Quality at Anand Rishiji Hospital from 2012 to 2014. Shyam then joined Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital as an Assistant Manager in Medical Services from 2014 to 2016. Shyam then took up roles at the Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology, starting as the Head of Quality from 2016 to 2019. Later, they became the Head of Medical Services from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Shyam holds the positions of Unit Head and Regional Head of Operations at the Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology since 2022.
Shyam Joshi attended IIHMR, Delhi from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as a Certificate in Medical Law from Medvarsity Online Ltd in September 2020 and an Implementation Training course for NABH Hospital Standards from the Quality Council of India in October 2013.
