Savitha Shivsankar

Savitha Shivsankar currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Asian Paints, a position held since January 2022. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Novartis, where Savitha was the Head of Talent Organizational Development and Inclusion (Pharma) and also held responsibilities for Talent, OD and Inclusion across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions from May 2019 to December 2021. Prior to Novartis, Savitha was the Head of Human Resources at Novartis India, and held various HR leadership positions at Mondelēz International, Diageo, Marico, Castrol India Limited, and ITC Limited. Educational qualifications include a degree from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Science from Ramnarain Ruia College.
