Isabella Ji

Isabella Ji is an experienced business analyst and manager with a strong background in business analysis and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Business Analysis at ASIC since November 2016, Isabella has previously held multiple roles at ASIC, including Team Lead and Lead Business Analyst, where comprehensive support model designs and process improvements were implemented. Prior experience at Westpac included delivering a Support Model Design for Commercial and Agribusiness sectors and leading stakeholder workshops. Other roles at BT Financial Group and Telstra eBusiness involved coordination of project management reporting and software development, contributing to compliance frameworks and process optimizations. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UNSW.
