Koji Hayashi

Koji Hayashi has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Executive Officer and CFO at Asics Corporation since August 2015. Previously, at Nidec Corporation from August 2011 to January 2024, Koji administered significant debt and bond issuance, established financial goals, and improved cash flow management, achieving a historic high operating cash flow of 110 billion yen. As Finance Manager at Akebono Brake Industries from May 2005 to January 2011, Koji implemented restructuring plans during a financial crisis, raised credit ratings, and managed substantial debt while streamlining costs. Koji began a career as a Senior Associate at PwC, providing advisory services on capital structures. An MBA in Finance was obtained from City University of New York-Baruch College.
