Michael Caruso

Michael Caruso has extensive experience in the field of eCommerce operations. Michael started their career as a Sales Associate at Reebok Corporate Office in 2008 and then moved on to various roles within the adidas group, including as a Global IT Intern and as an eCommerce Operations Analyst. Michael later became the Website Operations Manager and then the Senior eCommerce Platform Manager responsible for operations and support of Adidas.com and Reebok.com LATAM websites. In 2016, they joined Cole Haan as the Digital (eCommerce) IT Systems Operations Manager, where they oversaw eCommerce operations across North America and APAC regions and also acted as GDPR and PCI compliance lead. In 2018, they joined YETI Coolers as the eCommerce Systems Manager, where they enabled product customization on YETI.com and implemented and supported Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Most recently, in 2019, they joined ASICS Corporation as the Director of eCommerce Operations, leading a team responsible for the support and operations of ASICS.com, OnitsukaTiger.com, and Haglofs.

Michael Caruso attended St. John's Prep from 2004 to 2007, however, no degree or field of study was specified. Michael then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at Bentley University from 2007 to 2011, specializing in Computer Information Systems and Information Process and Management.
