John Zhuang

John Zhuang has a long history of work experience, beginning with a role as a Sr Scientist at Procter & Gamble in 1997. John then moved to Eli Lilly and Company in 2001 as a Project Leader. In 2005, they began working at McNeil Consumer Healthcare as a Director, and at the same time began working at Ethicon, Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Director. John then became a Director at Ethicon, Johnson & Johnson in 2016, and a Director, Strategic Innovation, Regulatory Affairs at Ethicon, Inc. in the same year. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Asieris Pharmaceuticals.

John Zhuang obtained their PhD in Toxicology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 1991 and 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a BS and MS in Chemistry and Physical Chemistry from Sun Yat-sen University between 1979 and 1986. John also holds a DABT certification.
