Chris Paulen

Chris Paulen is an accomplished Chief Technology Officer at NTT Ltd., overseeing product development, application design, and system architecture for a SaaS-based Communications Lifecycle Management platform since January 2019. With extensive expertise in telecommunications, software development, cloud computing, application architecture, and information security, Chris effectively manages a 35-person software R&D team. Prior to NTT Ltd., Chris held key positions such as VP of Presales at Dimension Data and Director of Product Development at Xigo. Additional leadership roles include VP of Product Management at Millimetrix Broadband Networks and VP of Network Engineering at Advanced Radio Telecom. Chris began the career at US West Communications as Director of Product Development and served as a Senior Member of the Professional Staff at SRA International. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering - Communications from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
