Heleno Alves

Heleno Alves is an experienced Software Engineering Manager with a strong background in leading software development teams and modernizing digital products. Currently at Asigra, Heleno manages a team of seven developers on a critical modernization project, building upon previous roles where leadership extended to three teams at a time. Heleno's career includes significant positions at ilegra as an Agile Coach, DBServer as a Servant Technical Leader, and key roles in the AGHU System at the Ministério da Educação, focusing on DevOps practices and agile methodologies. Previous experiences also encompass technical leadership, software engineering, and consulting roles across various sectors, with a specialization in Java and related technologies. Heleno holds a Master's degree in Applied Computing from Unisinos and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from UniRitter.
