Michael Soulliere

Michael Soulliere has extensive work experience in technical writing and product management. Michael began their career as a Senior Technical Writer at Enghouse Systems Ltd., where they managed a team and produced a significant amount of documentation. Michael then worked as a Senior Technical Writer at Metamail Inc., where they streamlined the build process and provided customer support. At Unify, they served as an Information Architect, overseeing documentation production and establishing global standards. More recently, at Asigra, Michael held various roles such as Manager of Technical Content and Director of Product and Technical Content, where they led teams, defined product strategies, and streamlined content creation processes.

Michael Soulliere has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English & History from the University of Toronto Scarborough. Michael also has a Certificate in Technical and Professional Writing from the Glendon Campus of York University. Additionally, they have a Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance Inc.
