Linda Florence

Linda Florence, Ph.D., CPP, serves as the Director of Security, Safety, and Business Continuity at a confidential organization since October 2019. With extensive experience in academia, Linda has been a faculty member at the University of Phoenix since 2012, where responsibilities include mentoring and facilitating doctoral programs and serving as a dissertation chair. Linda has held various leadership and volunteer roles, including President of the ASIS International Foundation Board of Trustees and Chairman of the International Foundation for Protection Officers Board. As founder and managing principal of The Florence Group, LLC, Linda focuses on industrial-organizational psychology, offering services in enterprise security risk management and organizational effectiveness. Linda's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a BA in Government and Politics from George Mason University.
