Mark Gaudette

Mark Gaudette, CPP, CFI, LPC, serves as the Principal at Lismar Associates, LLC since December 2014, specializing in security consulting to protect organizations through tailored strategies, risk assessments, and training. With a long-standing involvement in ASIS International since 2001, Mark has held various leadership roles, including Chair of the Retail Asset Protection Community Steering Committee and Senior Regional Vice President for Region 5. Mark’s extensive experience also includes serving as the Director of Asset Protection at Big Y Foods Inc. from May 1995 to April 2023. Mark's academic background includes degrees and certifications from Holyoke Community College, Western New England University, and American Military University, along with specialized training in interview techniques and effective communication.
