Elena Martín has extensive experience in business strategy and client transformation, currently serving as the Director of Business Strategy and Client Transformation at ASISA since September 2013. In this role, Elena has driven customer-oriented transformation initiatives by designing and implementing action plans to enhance both internal and external customer experiences, including managing VoC programs, redesigning business processes, and launching innovative projects aligned with customer strategy. Prior to ASISA, Elena was the Project Director at Enterprising Solutions for Health, focusing on innovative health solutions and consultancy in the public-private sector, and served as Project Chief at CEDETEL, managing TIC projects. Elena holds an Executive MBA from EOI Business School, a Master's in Customer Experience from Escuela de Posgrado La Salle, and a Bachelor's in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Psychology, among other qualifications.
