Deena Mehta

Deena Mehta is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. As Managing Director at Asit C. Mehta Financial Services Ltd. since April 1985, Mehta has overseen operations in India's pioneering ISO Broking House, which spans 550 locations across 23 states. Mehta served as Director at the National Payments Corporation of India from August 2011 to October 2017, also holding the position of Chairperson of the Audit Committee. Additionally, Mehta became the first woman Director on the Board of the Bombay Stock Exchange, where tenure included roles as Vice-President and President. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Master of Management Studies in Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
